The organic line of the pomegranate products of the LIQUID RUBY© family, including our pomegranate jelly variety, the sweet & sour pomegranate sauce and the pomegranate caviar, all share as their basic ingredient our organic pomegranate premium juice. They are produced from healthy, mature pomegranate fruits that we grow according to a unique farming method developed and practiced exclusively at the THAVMASIO RODI estate. This entails blending traditional cultivation practices with innovative organic farming techniques that utilize the beneficial properties of specific microorganisms, most widely known by the generic name probiotics.
