In 2012, a bunch of environmentally minded friends got involved in an organic pomegranate farming venture under the name THAVMASIO RODI (Wonderful Pomegranate). From the very beginning this undertaking has been driven by an out-of-the-box mentality, aspiring to set new and higher standards for this new approach to pomegranate farming. We hope that browsing this site will enlighten you about our reasons for doing so.
The pomegranate fruit needs no references. It is common knowledge that this magnificent fruit is endowed with a plethora of beneficial properties for human health. The available literature – ranging from scientifically substantiated research to proposals by opinion makers and advertising – covers a wide spectrum of information (and, in some instances, misinformation). As a result of this information avalanche, in recent years, pomegranate products have earned a place in the hearts and eating habits of many of us, internationally as well as at home.
Even so, quite a few people are still unfamiliar with how surprisingly satisfying – both in dietary and culinary terms – the tasting of pomegranate products can be, especially when their production is motivated by the inspiration to deliver only the best products processed in the purest manner possible.
Guided by their uncompromising vision, the people at THAVMASIO RODI P.C. have spent hours on end dreaming, researching, reasoning, and staging new and innovative ideas, but also working exhaustive schedules to put these ideas to practice. When all is said and done, however, “the proof is still in the putting”, and the “putting” is the tasting experience of the LIQUID RUBY© range of organic pomegranate products, using the quintessence of this wonderful fruit as the starting point, which some of you already had the pleasure to enjoy.
